Staff Surveys

There are a couple of survey instruments you can use to listen to your staff and to engage with them.  We have built the best practice model surveys for your use.  We can also do customized surveys for you.

Basically, the staff in your company is also known as the “Internal Customers”.  In process terminology, every process or department exist to serve another department and eventually, we all work together to serve our external customers.

For the staff surveys, we have 2 types + 1 tool which are required under the Business Excellence Framework.

There is the Staff Satisfaction Survey and the Staff Engagement Survey.

We differentiate them for the following reasons:

The strategy is to use the above 2 tools to complement each other to truly listen to the staff.

 

Another Staff Engagement Tool we use is the : Staff Suggestion Scheme

This tool allows you to tap into suggestions from staff at all levels.  Do it immediately to score points for listening to your staff.  During the course of the Business Excellence Project, we will work with you to design an incentive systems so that you encourages good quality feedback that translate to tangible results.  The staff who give the good idea will also win a reward.

 

Do take note that as this is anonymous in nature, you will also be surprised when staff use it to either “complain” or “whistle blow” on things that are not right.  This is useful in that Management will get to know what is truly on the ground.
